Put Our Calculators On Your Site — Free
Every PartyQuik calculator can be embedded on your own website at no cost. No signup, no API key, no usage limits, no "free tier" that expires.
Who this is for
- Venues and event spaces — let couples and planners size their own headcount before they call you.
- Caterers and bartenders — a quantity tool on your site answers the question you get emailed ten times a week.
- Rental companies — tent sizing and headcount math right next to your inventory.
- Wedding and party blogs — give readers the tool inside the post they're already reading.
How to embed
Open any calculator, scroll to Embed This Calculator, and copy the snippet. It looks like this:
Paste it into any HTML block — WordPress custom HTML, Squarespace code block, Webflow embed, plain HTML, anything.
Optional: auto-height
The widget reports its height to your page. If you'd like the iframe to resize itself as visitors switch tabs, add this once, anywhere on the page:
Terms — the short version
- Free forever for any site, commercial or not.
- Keep the “Powered by PartyQuik” link visible and followable. That link is the entire price — it's how the calculators stay free for everyone.
- Don't modify the widget to remove attribution, inject your own ads into it, or misrepresent it as your own tool.
- Results are estimates. The same terms of use apply to embedded copies — including the alcohol and food-safety responsibilities described there.
- We may update calculators over time (usually fixes and improvements). Your embed always shows the current version.
