About PartyQuik

PartyQuik exists to answer one question well: “how much do I actually need for this party?” Food, drinks, cake, tent space, ice — you shouldn't have to guess, over-buy, or run out an hour into your own event.

Why we built this

Life throws enough at people without adding "did I buy enough ice" to the list. A party is supposed to be the good part — the part where nobody's standing at the drink table doing math in their head. We built PartyQuik because we didn't want to put a price on that. If a free calculator means one more person gets to actually be at their own party instead of running numbers in the kitchen, that's the whole point. Call it our way of helping people live "life" more, and throw a "party!" — without either one costing more than it should.

How our calculators are built

Every calculator on this site follows the same rules:

• Formulas are cited. Each calculator lists its references — catering industry standards, food-safety guidance, and published serving-size data. No made-up numbers.
• Results are shopping-ready. We convert volume into the units you buy: bottles, trays, pounds, and packs — rounded up, because half a bottle doesn't exist at the store.
• Fast and free, always. No accounts, no paywalls, no “unlock full results.” Calculators load instantly and work offline once installed.
• Rechecked when the source data moves. Serving sizes, catering standards, and pricing assumptions change — when they do, we update the calculator and note the review date at the bottom of the page.

How the site is funded

PartyQuik is free to use and supported by advertising. Ads never change the math, and we clearly mark ad placements. If we ever recommend a product via an affiliate link, we'll disclose it on the page.

If you find an error in any formula or result, contact us. Verified corrections are our top priority and typically ship within days.
